About the role

  • Fly in Fly Out roster – 7 days on, 7 days off Or Residential
  • Fantastic Administration position on offer based in Mt Keith or Leinster
  • Be part of a high performing and dynamic team
 

The key function of this role is to process accommodation & flights, inspect rooms, prepare daily accommodation arrivals, and liaise with Cleaning Supervisor for daily cleaning schedule.  This will mainly be the fly in fly out workforce, but also for personnel from other sites, and town residents. You will be working in a back to back arrangement which requires diligent work practices to enable smooth transition when you commence and conclude each shift.

You will be busy, and will have to be very organised in your approach to work to keep up with the multiple customer demands. About You

  • Strong working knowledge of the MS Office
  • Experience with SAMS preferable but not essential
  • Experience with verse check in desirable
  • Ability to work well within a team environment & prioritise tasks


You will be someone known to maintain positive communications and handle a range of customers and their requirements. Whilst travel and accommodation experience would be highly relevant to the role, we are prepared to train the right person. Previous exposure to a mining site would be advantageous.  

As part of the recruitment process for this position you may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and participate in a background screen including a criminal history check, identity check and qualifications check.
