About the role

  • Fly in Fly Out roster –7 days on, 7 days off

Nickel West Leinster is currently seeking an Electrical Technicians to join their team. This role is a vital contribution to the ongoing production requirements of our operation. The Electrical team is responsible for the safe maintenance of fixed plant for the Cage/Skip Winders and for the underground Reticulation circuit.

We offer a family-friendly 7D7X on a fly-in, fly-out basis from Perth. Our camp is well established within the Leinster Township and offers a great range of facilities.

About You

Sound communication skills, computer literacy, problem solving ability and predominantly a drive to do the job safely are the key attributes we will be seeking in our preferred candidates.

  • Electrical Trade Qualification along with an Australian 'A' class Electrical license is mandatory to be considered
  • Applicants with HV experience are preferred
  • Applicants with Control Systems experience are highly preferred
  • Motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision
  • Australian manual driver's license is required
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams is a must
  • Additional qualifications including crane, rigging, forklift and EWP are viewed favourably
