About the role

The HR Admin Data Management will execute the assigned GAS HR operational activities on time, in accordance with the operational plan and standard GAS HR processes and procedures. This role ensures the accurate and prompt uploading or updating into the HR system of the Master Data for all employees and agency contractors, and maintains excellent communication across all relevant stakeholders to provide quick and accurate responses to all queries.

About You

  • University degree or any relevant qualification in Human Resource

Experience & Technical Competencies
  • Background or interest in payroll, master data, year-end process
  • Understanding of legislative requirements related to statutory reporting
  • Understanding of internal audit controls and SOX controls
  • High computer literacy, including excellent spreadsheet/database skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Highly accurate data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly developed time management skills 
  • Amenable to work on a mid shift
  • Amenable to work on a fixed term of one (1) year
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
