About the role

Execute the GAS HR operational activities assigned on time, in accordance with the Operational plan and standard GAS HR processes and procedures. Ensures that Learning Management System(LMS) requests for all employees and agency contractors are uploaded, or updated into Success Factors LMS in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains excellent communication across all relevant stakeholders to provide quick and accurate responses to all queries.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of any course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply in this entry level position
Experience & Technical Competencies
  • Attention to detail, conscientious and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Abilities to troubleshoot and to resolve issue/queries in a speedy manner
  • Learning agility-able to grasp new concepts quickly and be abler to apply immediately
  • Being flexible and adaptable, and find new ways of solving challenges.
  • Knowledge in Excel
Languages:
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Others as required by role

  • Local Residents only
  • Amenable to working on a night shift.
  • Contract duration - 7 months
