About the role
As an Administrator (Project Contracts & Procurement) within our Project Contracts & Procurement group you will provide general administration assistance to support the effective and efficient operation of the team and delivery of department KPIs. Working in a project oriented environment, you will have broad span of responsibilities and enjoy being an integral member to a high performing team. This is an Adelaide-based permanent opportunity with some site travel.

In this role you will:
Provide general administration assistance to support the effective and efficient operation of the team, including:
  • Travel coordination
  • Reporting & Presentations
  • Meeting administration
  • On and off boarding of staff
Proactively and collaboratively work with the team to provide administrative support for contract management and sourcing activities, including:
  • System administration e.g. creation of master agreements, workflow variations, project close outs etc.
  • Assistance with tendering activities e.g. tender pack development and administration of tenders through the receipt and distribution of tender documentation, plus the facilitation of tender clarifications etc.
  • Assistance with contract administration e.g.  preparation of kick-off meetings
  • Assistance in reporting requirements, GLD compliance checks, and other procedural requirements
Ensure conformance with the BHP Billiton Charter, the BHP Billiton Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations.

About You
