About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Tax and other Leadership Team members, in addition to providing support for the broader team as required.


You will have the ability to handle work in a fast paced environment as well as being able to manage various and conflicting priorities with excellent attention to detail.  You will be a strong communicator, comfortable with internal and external stakeholder engagement , with a proven ability to successfully support a dynamic leader.


In this role your responsibilities will include:
  • Provides administrative support to the Head of Tax and other Leadership Team members and the broader team as required.
  • Provides proactive diary and email management and arranges meetings/travel papers.
  • Manages travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Support the Global Head of Tax and leadership team by ensuring process and compliance requirements are adhered to with respect to finance (EEM), HR (performance cycles), supply (PO’s / PR’s) and all relevant
  • CAW (code of conduct, anything of value, conflict of interest) are complied with;
  • Composes and edits emails, memos, meeting minutes and other correspondence.
  • Assists with preparation of presentation materials as required.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Tax to identify time optimisation solutions to forward plan work in respect to arranging meetings, preparation for meetings and coordination of travel.
  • Handles travel and meeting arrangements and expense claim reconciliation.

Your stakeholder engagement and management skills will be second to none, as will be your professionalism and enthusiasm.  You will be a responsible and accountable contributor to a busy team and will be relied upon heavily to deliver on your required tasks.


Key attributes which will differentiate you:
  • Significant executive administration experience supporting senior executives, ideally in fast paced environment
  • Exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to work under pressure and engage collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent document preparation/ record management skills (MS Office)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced digital literacy, including Video Conferencing, Cisco Webex, Office365 including Sharepoint, Teams, Planner and OneNote and Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Desired 1SAP system and process knowledge
