About the role

Reporting to the Head of BOS Planning & Development, this role will support the BOS central team with administrative and logistical support to enable effective planning of the BHP Operating System to respective sites.  

Other core accountabilities:
  • Directly supports the central BOS team;
  • Coordinate and support logistics of deployment activities across the region;
  • Provide BHP process and administrative system support to the team; &
  • Support on-boarding of new team members.

This is a minimum 12 month fixed term contract opportunity covering leave.

About You

We are looking for individuals that possess business knowledge, demonstrate excellence on a day-to-day basis, who are innovative with a bias to action, effectively influence others and have a strong ability to lead change. You will have a strong passion to support the BHP Operating System deployment and desire to influence change.

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or a similar large ERP;
  • Working knowledge of travel booking systems;
  • Awareness of Project management processes (scheduling, cost management);
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office packages (Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note, Share Point);
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with wide range of stakeholders; &
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand their values and needs.
