About the role

To implement BOS we will drive changes through culture and behaviours, capabilities and tools and our systems and processes while building on the foundations already in place.

We’re looking for new team members to join us as Line Technical Specialists to help transform our metallurgical processing operations at Olympic Dam.

Are you a process/chemical, mechanical, electrical or civil engineer? Do you have a passion for improvement and operations? Do you want to learn about lean practices and gain experience at our world class metallurgical operations implementing lean ways of working?

About You

As a Line Technical Specialist you will be:
• Identifying improvement opportunities
• Solving problems using structured methods
• Collaborating with front line teams to implement Lean solutions• Delivering improvements to work methods to remove waste and improve safety, efficiency and quality
• Coach team members to implement BOS tools
