About the role

Data Analysis Specialist - Caval Ridge Mine, Central Queensland

We are looking for experienced Data Analysts to be part of the Analysis and Improvement team at Caval Ridge to add value through ensuring production data integrity and turning production data into actionable insights that enable performance improvement and business decision making.This role will have the opportunity to drive several improvements within the scope of the role.


  • Single point of contact for production data integrity and reporting for the site
  • Manage and maintain Corvus database
  • Working closely with Integrated Remote Operations Centre (IROC) to ensure production data are checked/validated in Corvus
  • Providing data analysis support for analysis and improvement function
  • Collaborate closely with IROC, on site Mine Planning, Maintenance, and other teams on site to ensure business and information needs are met

About You

As a successful candidate, you will possess the following as a minimum:
  • Previous experience with Corvus database in similar role is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Location This role is based at the Caval Ridge Mine, Central Queensland.
