About the role

The role will involve being an active team member, providing support to the requirements of the Mine Development team, by adhering to operating requirements and striving for the achievement of individual, team and site objectives as directed and is also responsible for providing confidential clerical and daily advisory support to the Development Superintendents and Manager.



In this role you will : 
  • Support leaders with non-core work including:
-         Assisting leaders to action labour requirements
-         Liasing with Global Asset Services
-         Mine Training coordination
-         IT
  • Support Line Leaders  with ER investigations
  • Support  Talent Acquisition Team and Line Leaders with the recruitment, on boarding and off boarding of budgeted positions
  • Create and maintain position data, manage work schedule rules and cost allocation relating to positions.
  • Provide scheduling and logistics support to Services Contract Providers.


    Please note this role will be offered on a 5/2 4/3 roster FIFO ex Adelaide or 5/2 residential in Roxby Downs.

About You

  • Prior experience providing generalist HR support
  • Exposure across a broad spectrum of business activities and processes. 
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
