About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Centre of Excellent (MECoE) Organisational Change Management Lead, this two Year Fixed Term Contract role will support effective document control and repository management across the Maintenance and Engineering Centre of Excellence (MECoE) and oversee the document translation requirements.
This role supports MECoE resources in the creation and control of documents, via procedures to validate project information is correctly generated, managed and stored.In this role you will:
  • Manage the PMO and TES document translation requirements in accordance with the established processes and standards

  • Review the effectiveness of document translation process and lead the optimization of these

  • Provide support for and direction to MECoE leadership to ensure adherence to standard MECoE document control processes.

  • Support specific projects as identified where document transmittal and control is a key scope item

  • Ensure application of relevant Group standards and local processes, methodologies, strategies, systems and functional plans for Project Information Management, in alignment with group frameworks and strategies

  • Provide information management expertise and coordinate information management resources deployed into a project team for the development of project deliverables

  • Develop and administer MECoE electronic document, data and model management systems in collaboration with other information technology specialists, and design and implement interface processes with key Implementation Contractors and suppliers.

  • Implement MECoE document management policies and access rights that facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content

  • Identify and implement MECoE document management improvement initiatives, and provide a first point of contact and management for external document management initiatives.

  • Repository and Document administration and control

Reportando al Líder de Gestión de Cambio Organizacional del Centro de Excelencia del Mantenimiento e Ingeniería (MECoE), esta función de contrato a plazo fijo de dos años respaldará el control efectivo de documentos y la gestión de repositorios del MECoE y supervisará los requisitos de traducción de documentos.


Este rol respalda los recursos de MECoE en la creación y el control de documentos, a través de procedimientos para validar que la información del proyecto se genera, gestiona y almacena correctamente.

En este rol usted:

Administra los requisitos de traducción de documentos PMO y TES de acuerdo con los procesos y estándares establecidos

Revisa la efectividad del proceso de traducción de documentos y lidera la optimización de éstos

Brinda apoyo y dirección al liderazgo del MECoE para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos y estándar de control de documentos del MECoE.

Apoya proyectos específicos identificados donde la transmisión y control de documentos es un elemento clave 

Asegura la aplicación de los estándares relevantes y los procesos, metodologías, estrategias, sistemas y planes funcionales locales para la Gestión de la Información del Proyecto, en alineación con los marcos y estrategias del grupo.

Proporciona experiencia en gestión de información y coordina recursos de gestión de información desplegados en un equipo de proyecto para el desarrollo de entregables del proyecto.

Desarrolla y administra documentos electrónicos del MECoE, sistemas de gestión de datos y modelos en colaboración con otros especialistas en tecnología de la información, y diseña e implementa procesos de interfaz con contratistas y proveedores clave de implementación.

Implementa políticas de gestión de documentos del MECoE y gestiona derechos de acceso que faciliten la eficiencia, legalidad y seguridad del contenido electrónico.

Identifica e implementa iniciativas de mejora de gestión de documentos MECoE, y proporciona un primer punto de contacto y gestión para iniciativas de manejo de documentos externos.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced document control specialist with a passion for developing and implementing document control processes and systems. You are incredibly results focused and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:
  • Open, transparent and inclusive engagement style

  • An overriding commitment to the quality of work and outcomes

  • Action oriented in implementing and overseeing document management systems

  • Relevant experience as document controller

  • An understanding of Project Management Principals

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role in Document Management and Translation

  • A high level of computer literacy and demonstrated success in the use of MS Office

  • Professional degree diploma in a relevant area for the position

  • Due to the nature of the role will be required to be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).

- Un alto nivel de alfabetización informática y éxito demostrado en el uso de MS Office


- Diploma de grado profesional en un área relevante para el puesto
