About the role

As the Assistant to the Project Director - South Flank you will work within a strong performance orientated culture, providing administrative support in an efficient and proactive manner to ensure business requirements are met and stakeholder relationships are positively impacted.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Preparing and coordinating meetings with a diverse range of stakeholders.  This will include scheduling and negotiating meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation;   
  • Managing travel arrangements;
  • Email management
  • Using SAP for purchasing (POs/ PRs) and expense reconciliation;
  • Work closely with the Project Director to identify time optimisation solutions to forward plan work in respect to arrangement of meetings, preparation for meetings, and coordination of travel; and
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc duties. 

About You

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who has previously supported a Senior Executive of a large organisation or alternatively you have a background as a Project Administrator.  It is important that you have the ability to work autonomously, proactively establish priorities and meet time critical deadlines.  Your strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills will be an asset, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders.  Previous SAP experience and sound knowledge of Microsoft applications is important in this role.
