About the role

The Global Petroleum Delivery team is responsible for managing all Technology projects across the Petroleum value chain.  It encompasses a wide range of disciplines including Infrastructure, Applications, and Data Management along with data science. The team is accountable for all aspects of the project management process, consistent delivery practices.  We work closely with the business sponsors to ensure requirements and objectives are understood and properly executed so business value is obtained.

In this role you will:
  • Create monthly awareness materials and videos (in English & Spanish) to be published through various communication channels.
  • Run phishing simulations on predefined topic and produce phishing metrics
  • Maintain and updating of the BHP Cybersecurity SharePoint site
  • Deploy Cybersecurity CBT to individuals, and groups
  • Create tailored Cybersecurity training materials as needed based on the current Cybersecurity landscape.
  • Create and distribute quarterly newsletter and distribute the newsletter.
  • Organize and conduct the events related to cybersecurity awareness.
  • Seize opportunities to solve problems, satisfy customer requirements, improve results, generate innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate willingness to adapt new practices or roles


About You

You will have successfully completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Math/Science Discipline, or Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/Cybersecurity.  You will have a proven track record with at least 5 years of relevant experience with deploying awareness and training materials and events (i.e. preferably in petroleum / mining industry with IT Operational experience). Preferably, you have demonstrated your commitment to the Cybersecurity by obtaining a CISSP certification.

In addition, you possess a thorough understanding of information management and technology as applied to business issues.

You relate well with people, communicate confidently and build strong working relationships.  You are able to work with a global team based in different geographical locations and time zones.
