About the role

Reporting to the Lead of Data & Reporting you will be accountable for the CHPP reporting and real time tracking for the IROC+ across all of our coal assets. Your key stakeholders will include the IROC+ Fixed Plant Superintendents, Managers, supervisors and site CHPP management. You will be part of the IROC+ team and will work with the Technology functions in crafting the data and reporting journey and vision for the future. Key Responsibilities
  • Central technical and business contact for Coal Handling Prep Plant (CHPP) Reporting;
  • Building and maintenance of Asset and IROC+ reporting;
  • Reporting governance and standardisation;
  • Identification of key automation, standardisation and advanced analytics opportunities;
  • Supporting the IROC+ through the implementation of key CHPP technology transformations as the data & reporting SME.

About You

  • Highly experienced in using OSI PI (essential);
  • Practical Process Engineering experience will be highly regarded;
  • Understand the coal wash plant processes within role scope and the interfaces;
  • Understanding or experience with upstream/downstream plant systems;
  • Understanding or experience with planning processes/systems;
  • Has the ability to lead and influence stakeholders regarding best practice of reporting design and outputs;
  • Experience with a data visualialisation tool such as Spotfire/Tableau/Power BI will be highly regarded;
