We have the following roles available: 
  • Grader Operator

  • Jumbo Operator

  • Charge- Up Operator

  • Service Miner

  • Nipper – Experienced and entry level positions available - part-time / job share considered

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role in an underground environment is advantageous;

  • You will be someone who works productively in a team environment and also able to work autonomously

  • Actively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement whilst always working in a safe and productive manner;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Outstanding commitment to health & safety;

  • WA "C" Class drivers' license or National equivalent

Nickel West Leinster

Nickel West Leinster is located 375 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.  The operation sources nickel ore from the Perseverance Underground Mine and Cliffs Underground Mine before crushing and processing to produce a concentrate.  The Leinster Village and Township offer a unique lifestyle with all the modern conveniences – an Olympic size swimming pool, health and fitness centre, race-course and even an 18 hole golf course.
