About the role

Reporting directly into the Head of ERP, this role has the accountability for the development of technology strategies for ERP solutions and maintaining an up to date application portfolio for HR. 
You will be working with key stakeholders across Technology and the Function to support your team meeting the businesses requirements.
Duties to include;
  • Own, develop and maintain the 3 to 5 year Technology application roadmap for ERP within HR, ensure alignment to technology and business priorities.
  • Accountable for solution architecture, design and ongoing integrity of ERP solutions in HR
  • Develop solution options, budget estimates and plans for both Business opportunity assessments and Technology opportunity assessments.
  • Support the delivery of new HR projects by providing functional skills and design inputs to the project  delivery teams
  • Liaise with leading vendors to ensure alignment of product roadmap with the overall technology strategy
  • Lead the ERP HR team, working closely with the team members to manage work assignments, team performance, as well as personal and professional development.
  • Accountable for the delivery of business as usual change request requests, ensuring they are integrated with the projects delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and third level support for operational incidents

About You

  • Enterprise experience specialising in the design and architecture of HR SAP and non-SAP technology solutions related to HR
  • Prior successful delivery experience with large and complex ERP projects related to HR functions
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes such as learning/ training, resourcing, org capability, reward, employee lifecycle management etc. 
  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to closely partner with key stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of SAP HR Process
  • Design and configuration experience in any of the following areas; SAP Human Capital Management, Payroll, Success Factors, Employee Central.
  • Leadership experience is required, ability to effectively lead teams including third-party vendors, in globally diverse and dispersed teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity under pressure and ambiguity
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent STEM.
  • Relevant ERP Certification
