About the role

Reporting to the TES Lead, this role will lead the organisational change management and change impact activity for the Maintenance and Engineering Centre of Excellence (MECoE), including that for internal project based OCM, and Business external OCM where required.  This role is a two Year Fixed Term Contract, and will provide support to Project Managers in their project OCM planning and execution, and to the MECoE Management team where required. 
·         Development and maintenance of MECoE OCM standards (and deliverables) and ensure alignment globally.
·         Develop and lead the implementation of the Organisational Change Management Plan for the project pipeline established for the PMO and TES team.
·         Ensure PMO OCM materials including project documents, reports and presentations adhere to the MECoE standard
·         Support the project leadership to ensure that the OCM plans are being executed in alignment with the quality and time expectations
·         Provide resource and expertise support to project OCM deliverable quality reviews and execute resulting remediation activities
·         Support and input to OCM related content to enable development of an aggregated OCM and change impact map resulting from all MECoE managed change, ability to view by Asset and Site, on a timeline by week.
·         Provide Change Management expertise across assigned MECoE PMO & TES projects / programs
·         Apply and use consistent tools and processes for change management on nominated projects / programs as required
·         Execute and developed change management strategies and implementation plans for assigned projects, including support for training strategy and roll out schedule.
·         Work in close collaboration with the Manager PMO & TES, Communications Team, Scheduling and Reporting team and various MECoE Project Managers, as well as other BHP Key Stakeholders

Reportando al Líder de TES, este rol liderará la gestión del cambio organizacional y el impacto del cambio para el Centro de Excelencia de Mantenimiento e Ingeniería (MECoE), incluida La Gestión de Cambio Organizacional (GCO) en proyectos internos y externoS, donde sea necesario.
Este rol es un contrato a plazo fijo de dos años y brindará apoyo a los gerentes de proyecto en la planificación y ejecución de su GCO de proyecto, y al equipo de gestión del MECoE cuando sea necesario.
La persona ocupante del cargo realizará:

• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de los estándares de GCO (y sus entregables) para el MECoE y asegurando alineamiento global.
• Desarrollar y liderar la implementación del Plan de Gestión del Cambio Organizacional para la cartera de proyectos establecida para el equipo de PMO y TES.
• Asegurarse que los materiales GCO PMO, incluidos los documentos del proyecto, informes y presentaciones, se adhieran al estándar MECoE
• Apoyar a los líderes del proyecto para garantizar que los planes de GCO se ejecuten de acuerdo con las expectativas de calidad y tiempo.
• Brindar soporte de recursos y experiencia para proyectar revisiones de calidad de los entregables de GCO y ejecutar las actividades de remediación resultantes
• Brindar soporte y aportar al contenido relacionado con GCO para permitir el desarrollo de una GCO agregada y un mapa del impacto resultante de todos los cambios gestionados por MECoE, la capacidad de ver por cada Faena una línea de tiempo semanal.
• Proporcionar experiencia en gestión del cambio a través de proyectos / programas asignados de MECoE PMO y TES
• Aplicar y utilizar herramientas y procesos consistentes para la gestión del cambio en los proyectos / programas nominados, según sea necesario.
• Ejecutar y desarrollar estrategias de gestión de cambio y planes de implementación para proyectos asignados, incluido el soporte para la estrategia de capacitación y el cronograma de implementación.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el gerente PMO y TES, el equipo de comunicaciones, el equipo de programación e informes y varios gerentes de proyectos de MECoE, así como otros grupos de interés clave de BHP.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Organisational Change Management leader with a passion for implementing effective organisational change. You are incredibly results focused with superior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering quality outcomes.
In addition, the successful candidate will have:
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•     Care and commitment for quality of work and outcomes

•     Action oriented in leading improvements, driving and enabling change
•     Demonstrated success in a similar role in leading change
•     Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
•  Diploma – Certificate in a relevant area: E.g.: Engineering, Administration or other.
