About the role

Reporting into the Manager Assurance, your role is to provide assurance to the Minerals Australia Projects community by enabling projects to set them up for success with education, simplified and standardised tools and ongoing conversion of lessons learned into sustainable improvements to our minimum requirements.

Based in our Perth office, 4 days per week on a 12 month maternity leave cover this position offers flexibility to have a healthy work-life balance.



In this role you will:

• Responsible for the yearly refresh of the Project Internal Standard to incorporate functional and project updates identified through lessons learned
• Provide guidance and support to projects for the identification and documentation of all assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct health checks for all projects to enable projects and identify areas for improvement and assurance to the leadership team so that the project is set up for success
• Co-lead Line 2 Assurance Reviews (multi-functional deep dive) for projects greater than AUD$50M to identify action areas
• Analyse and report on common themes and trends from to identify areas for improvement

About You

You will have successfully completed a project management qualification, or proven working experience in project management will be favoured. Additionally, you will have proven experience in business process improvement and in facilitation and coaching.
