About the role

Purpose

Responsible for supporting the information flow at America’s JV’s, through the organization and conduction of meetings, presentations and document preparation.

Accountable for delivering improvement initiatives for America’s JV’s and/or assist sub functions in the delivery and implementation of activities.

Core Accountabilities

  • Performs end-to-end detailed analysis of process, data, and organisation design and system effectiveness to identify inefficiencies, diagnose business problems and identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Integrate teams through a single objective. mobilize them, and ensure that the best improvement opportunities are implemented across all the assets
  • Coordinate and integrate strategies across different teams creating synergies and making processes more efficient by leveraging the team efforts
  • Engage with different stakeholders from different areas and levels  to implement improvement initiatives, provide solutions or facilitate the implementation of  the team strategy 
  • Ensure all the process improvements are embedded into the team routines activities
  • Analyses performance metrics and benchmarks performance across the function 
  • Conducts compliance checks to verify adherence to local operating procedures, audit & GLDs obligations 
  • Compiles and maintains the portfolio of improvement initiatives. 
  • Delivers initiatives or assists impacted sub-functions in the delivery of initiatives within the portfolio
  • Prepare reports to support main stakeholders, providing material information on work in progress
  • Prepare documentation and analysis for multiple teams to be utilized as pre reads and formal information at team meetings 
  • Ensure information is consistent and is conveyed properly
  • Support team in ensuring deadlines are met, by tracking progress and key deliverables
  • Organize multiple meetings: invitations, pre-read preparation, meeting documents preparation and note taking
  • Participate in meetings, ensuring information is flowing well and consistently within the organization
  • Support an integrated strategy development, including but not limited to, financial analysis (valuation, budget), interaction with technical team and communications (Presentation preparation)

About You

Key Challenges
  • Flexibility to work in a highly dynamic environment – recurrent activities may compose only 50% of the work
  • Interpret and understand status on different areas, consolidating and ensuring consistency of information.
  • Ability to integrate several team’s requirements and priorities ensuring that deadlines are met in the time and quality desired 
  • Ability to influence several teams to implement the best improvement opportunities and leverage efforts across the different assets and functional areas
  • Operating with limited supervision and high level of autonomy


Mandatory Qualifications 
  • University degree in Business & Management or Engineering.
  • Experience in large consulting firms as project manager or senior consultant and financial analysis background preferred
  • Availability to travel to the different locations as necessary
  • Fluent English & Spanish
  • Portuguese desired
