About the role

In this role, your core accountabilities will include:
  • Supporting Finance in continuously improving it effectiveness through integrated fit-for purpose Data analytics processes
  • Supporting the function in delivering data driven solutions to improve the businesses operation and financial performance
  • Apply innovative data wrangling and analysis techniques to identify and collate data
  • Confidently present ideas, results and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with latest trends and best practices in data analytics
  • Uses analytics models, systems and tools to ensure an optimal approach in delivering business requests that drives process efficiency and standardisation
  • Works with Finance Business Partners and Data scientists to collect and process inputs to 5YP, 2YB and quarterly forecasts, focusing on driving performance to benchmarks
  • Analyses outputs of 5YP, 2YB and quarterly forecasts for variability and improvement opportunities

About You

We are seeking candidates with all or any of the following competencies (resources industry experience preferable):
  • Data Engineering
  • Data Analysis
  • Data Science
  • Financial Systems Management
  • Business/Commercial Analysis
  • Business Improvement
  • Financial Planning and Modelling
  • Big 4 experience welcomed
