About the role

Purpose:   
  • Provides Human Resources support and enquiry resolution to all line leaders and employees on matters ranging from Talent, Reward, Performance, and Culture Development Processes. 
  • Provides input and support to small or medium size business initiatives. 


Core Accountabilities:
  • An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development. 
  • Provides HR support and guidance to line leaders and employees on all people processes under HR Service Tier 3, providing coaching, tools and/or directing them to the correct channels for resolution within HR Team. 
  • Supports Principal HR Business Partners in the delivery and execution of HR processes.
  • Provides inputs and data analysis to HR Business Partners team of Minerals Americas & Global Functions as required, in order to facilitate strategic decisions
  • Engages with HR sub-functions specialists to support business plans delivery.
  • Identifies and analyzes people processes and initiatives that are being raised by relevant stakeholders so they can be prioritized, improved and standardized. 

About You

Qualifications:
  • Professional Degree in Human Resources, Engineering or related.
  • Senior mastering or certification in Human Resources.


Experience & Technical Competencies:
  • 7 years experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Chilean Labor Legislation.
  • Highly skilled in Excel and data analysis.
  • Qualifications on process improvement methodologies (desirable).
  • Fluent level of English.
