About the role

The Principal Enterprise & Global Scheduling is responsible for preparing, maintaining and optimising Technology’s Forward Schedule of Change (TFSoC) by coordinating with Global & Enterprise, Regional and Asset Operations teams. 

Success in the role is enabled through leveraging Technology Change Management Processes and Systems to embed standard work in a repeatable way, facilitating a transparent, visible and detailed rolling 12 week plan, integrating Planning with Production to deliver an integrated FSoC. The Principal Enterprise & Global Scheduling is a critical contributor to successful delivery of sustainable technology performance for the business, providing a data driven baseline from which to execute, analyse and improve.
This role also supports the coordination of Minor works from Regional teams into Enterprise & Global Services. 

About You

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant post-qualification experience 
  • Experience in IT forecasting/planning (project or operations)
  • Experience with forecasting and resource planning tools
  • Exposure/experience in Safety ideally in the Mining or the Resources Industry
  • Familiarity of ServiceNow (or familiarity with ITSM tools)
  • Experience with performance management
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and cost effectiveness initiatives
  • Exposure with SAP work management processes
