About the role

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Principal Capability & Enablement.  Reporting to the Lead Planning, this role drives the enablement, performance and capability uplift of the Prime financial planning user base (approx. 2,500 globally dispersed stakeholders). This role will design/implement training and engagement programs that enable a culture of customer centricity, learning and agility. This role will work closely with the Planning & Analytics Council and Reporting Managers Forum to ensure enterprise standardization and adherence to the planning process.

Core Accountabilities
  • Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibility.

  • Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and users of the Prime financial planning process/system.
  • Develop and implement a people centered learning strategy that delivers on performance targets and incorporates gamification to ensure maximum user adoption and engagement.
  • Coordinate and deliver training, adoption and engagement campaigns for the Prime financial planning process/system.
  • Develop and deploy communications material (posters, presentations and animations) to share system improvements and newly identified use cases to ensure maximum value is being extracted from the Prime financial planning process/system.
  • Establish routines, rituals and customs that promote organizational agility, customer centricity and high performance.
  • Ownership of the Prime leadership toolkit to enable leaders to drive cultural change and new ways of working in the financial planning process.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed Prime financial planning system changes across people, technology, strategy and business operations, and deploy effective change management with stakeholders.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in planning and business intelligence.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and provide assistance with queries and requests as required

About You

  • Degree qualification in Commerce (Finance or Accounting) and/or a Change related discipline.
Experience & Technical Competencies
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working with a large corporate or professional environment in a Finance capability and learning capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and deliver as needed.
  • Detailed understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools gained through relevant experience in supporting complex organisational change projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal) including ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to drive end-to-end employee behavioural change.
  • Experience designing adoption campaigns for new technologies.
  • Ability to think creatively, self-motivate and succeed in an agile, rapidly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of finance &/or business planning processes highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) 11.0 (embedded), SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Enable Now highly advantageous.
Non-Technical Competencies:
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent Spanish, both verbal and written a benefit.
