About the role

A great opportunity has arisen in the Talent Acquisition Projects team for a dynamic and motivated person to join in the role of Principal Talent Acquisition – Graduates.  In this role, you will develop strategies to manage the entire life cycle of talent acquisition, including proactive sourcing of candidates, employment branding and stakeholder management to deliver and effective and efficient services.

As a Principal Talent Acquisition - Graduates, you will be responsible for: 
  • Developing hiring plans;
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders within the business to understand business priorities and anticipate future needs;
  • Establishing and enhancing operational standards, frameworks, practices and resources to enable reliable and consistent delivery of Talent Acquisition solutions;
  • Delivering strategic workforce plan outcomes; and 
  • Planning effectively to strengthen segment pipelines and anticipates future workforce needs.
The role is offered as a 12 month fixed term role and can be based in either Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide. 

About You

Ideally, you will have experience in Strategic Sourcing, Selection and Employment branding and have had good exposure to interpreting cognitive and psychometric assessment to inform selection decisions.  You will have strong project management skills and can develop strategic plans that translate in to measurable, operational plans and outcomes.   Your strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills will be assets, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to build relationships.
