About the role

- In collaboration with cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders, sources, designs, coordinates and delivers value chain, project and category strategies for specific engagements as prioritised by leadership teams
 
- Operates as the frontline interface for local stakeholders to maximise value from engagements, information flows, routines, and maintain key relationships
 
- Successfully embeds strategy into the execution plans of key stakeholders
 
- Assesses business requirements, external factors and inputs from other strategies to incubate and validate strategic hypotheses
 
- Provides expertise and support to regional Strategy & Sourcing teams to generate and develop strategic hypotheses, identify global synergies and sharing of best practices
 
- Drives functional excellence in developing strategies that deliver fit-for-purpose recommendations and optimized commercial models with improved TCO outcomes, whilst realizing cross-regional and cross-functional synergies

About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ownership and delivery of results working with minimal supervision, creating and maintaining successful and influential stakeholder relationships and navigating ambiguity. You will have a disciplined approach to Strategy Development, Project and Program Management and a demonstrated ability to collaborate/negotiate across cross-functional teams to guide positive outcomes. 

Experience in consulting, strategy (particularly procurement), stakeholder management, commercial evaluation models (including value chain analysis) and a TCO approach within the resources value chain will be highly regarded.
