Operations Services (OS) is a division of BHP that provides Production and Maintenance services across Minerals Australia that already provides employment to more than 3000 people. About the role

We are currently recruiting experienced and safety focused operators for the Bowen Basin region.  Production and Excavator Operators with on-the-job minimum 12 months experience operating in a mine:
  • Excavator – 800 & 600 Ton Class 
  • Haul Trucks – Electric Ultra Class  
  • Grader Cat 16M & 24M 
  • Dozer D10 or D11
Roster: 7/7
Transport: Free bus service provided from Mackay to site

About You

The OS team are looking for individuals who are:
  • Highly safety focused
  • Confident in operating experience 
  • Dedicated and enthusiastic 
  • Keen to learn and a willingness for self-improvement
  • Able to work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure
  • Effective listeners and have well developed interpersonal skills
  • Competent in their reading and writing skills
