About the role

We currently have opportunities for enthusiastic and positive individuals to join our Production Execution team at Port Production in Port Hedland. The successful individuals will report to the Production Supervisor, and will demonstrate the following: 
  • An overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development
  • Contribute to the achievement of production goals through the operation of fixed & mobile plant equipment, such as Ship Loaders, Bucketwheel Reclaimers, sample stations, water cars and skid steers
  • Build relationships across functions to support production and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Identify, report and rectify hazards across operational plant and equipment.
  • Develop quality, task-based risk assessments
  • Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds

About You

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
  • A proven track record of safe work practices in a high risk environment
  • Current full West Australian “C” class motor vehicle license or current equivalent Australian State motor vehicle license
  • A motivated problem solver who is dedicated to continuously improving their work environment
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, with a drive to develop and learn
  • Be able to work both on your own and in a team environment
  • Be able to obtain an MSIC license is a must (requires full police clearance). 

Lifestyle Roster


This position will work on our Lifestyle Roster, working a pattern of days and nights, with a block of days off at the end of each panel.  Employees on this roster enjoy two full weekends off out of four and will align to the following shift rotation: 2D2N5X, 2D3N4X, 3D2N5X. Shifts are 12.5 hours including handover and you will benefit from additional shift allowances, as part of your remuneration package. As an added benefit, those on a Lifestyle Roster will also enjoy an additional week of annual leave per year.

Location

This position will be offered to successful candidates currently residing locally in Port Hedland as a residential role only.

We will provide you with subsidized rental accommodation (company housing) and utilities (power and water).
