About the role

This position will focus on supporting the local site development team to actively execute project services and deployment outcomes, enabling effective management and governance of the BOS deployment schedule performance, budget tracking and risk management. Consideration will be given to both residential and FIFO candidates. This role will be a part Minerals Americas BOS Deployment Team.

Other core accountabilities:  
  • Develop and roll out the Project schedule including capturing and tracking detail scheduled activities
  • Provide Governance framework for Performance Tracking including adherence to site deployment schedules and associated commentary.
  • Control of the Project Budget (actual to budget).
  • Prepare, analyse and present performance and management reporting
  • Planning & Coordination with Asset based Project Services resources including deployment teams and Functional stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Central team and Site members to record operational and material risks, develop and implement strategies to mitigate the risk and track performance

About You

We are looking for individuals that possess business knowledge, demonstrate excellence in leadership on a day-to-day basis, who are innovative with a bias to action, effectively influence others and have a strong ability to build capability in others and lead change.

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following;
  • Prior experience working with and building Project management processes (scheduling, cost management, reporting) and developing associated project schedules 
  • Ability to influence and work with teams to collaboratively problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability of strong stakeholder management skills to communicate and engage with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with demonstrated ability to synthesise complex information for technical and business audiences
  • Understanding of commercial context in operations environment which drive financial decisions and support development of reports
  • Knowledge of business operations, processes and functions
  • Bilingual highly preferred in English and Spanish (Minerals America)
