About the role

Subject matter expert and responsible for reporting and analytics related to Organisation Sustainability sub-function. Work with the global Organisation Sustainability Team and People Frameworks teams to undertake analysis and data mining activities to inform the design, development and value-assessment of our strategy and approach.

About You

Experience and Technical Competencies
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience
  • Deep subject matter expertise in applied research methodologies and statistical analysis within a workplace / organisational setting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing complex research / data mining activities - ideally using Structural Equation Modelling and Multivariate Statistics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - ideally with Visual Basic programming capability
  • Advanced skills in visualisation and survey tools (such as SurveyMonkey)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and simplify complex analysis to a business / lay audience
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across various levels within an organisation - strong relationship and influence skills
Language
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
