  • Challenging and dynamic role for a Specialist within Geotechnical Engineering
Reporting to the Superintendent your will have the opportunity to undertake geotechnical engineering data collection, management and QAQC, data analysis, modelling and reporting tasks relating to pit, dump, stockpile, etc. design and/or execution.You will be enabled to manage projects from conceptual ideas to execution and measure value. This role will open opportunity to envisage solutions, provide support to improvement ideas and capable of develop business cases that enhance and support the vision of the geotechnical department

About You

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Geotech, Engineering or Mine or Bachelor of Science in Geology
  • Slope Stability modelling and analysis experience
  • Roc science systems software experience preferable not a must
  • Experience in Geotech in mining operations is desirable

You will be based in Perth, Western Australia, in the multi award winning office tower - ‘City Square’. You will have stunning river views from your modern open plan office, state of the art facilities including virtual whiteboards and video conferencing facilities, 550 bicycle racks with ample lockers, showers and change room amenities and a large outdoor terrace with barbecues.
