About the role

Responsible for service delivery of Reward (remuneration and benefits) activities or other reward programs globally in partnership with the Global Reward team.

About You

  • Degree, qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or other relevant Business degree, required
  • Reward and Benefits Certification (e.g. World at Work) would be advantageous.
Experience & Technical Competencies
  • 5+ years of relevant remuneration and benefit experience in a Multi-National Company (MNC) environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability in interrogation of data. 
  • Advanced numeracy skills
  • Proven ability to deliver effective communications both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Payroll or international HR experience a significant advantage
  • Experience in SAP and SuccessFactors preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular strong/advanced Excel skills 
  • Project management skills an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
