About the role

Reporting directly to the Lead Business Excellence, you will act as a single point of contact to ensure that HR and customer facing HR content is accurate, up to date, accessible and consistent. You will be responsible for tracking the effectiveness and usage of both knowledge management channels and materials and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on key metrics and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently and proactively manage all HR knowledge repositories and channels for completeness, accuracy and customer relevance of content across HR facing Operating Procedures, and Customer facing documents including Intranet, Chat Bots, FAQs etc.
  • Ensure coordinated and consistent approach to storage of project or product/asset-related materials and ensure latest materials are available
  • Monitor and analyse content usage and customer feedback data to understand knowledge channel effectiveness and promote high adoption of content
  • Continually work to improve the process, tools and technologies for content management, development and distribution whilst working with relevant HR Operations leads and teams to coordinate and publish content in relevant channels
  • Establish repeatable, standard processes to ensure that content remains up to date, relevant and consistent through 
  • Define and implement governance processes around how knowledge is maintained and updated 
  • Partner with owners of platforms (e.g. portals, knowledge base, SF) to ensure relevant access provision and controls are maintained
  • Foster a culture of business excellence and continuous improvement as well as promoting proactive knowledge sharing across HR Operations teams
  • Ensuring the sustainability of key initiatives in HR Knowledge and Content (e.g. Project Eunomia, PACE Program)

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to be a dynamic team player with a passion for people, learning and improvement. We are looking for someone with:
  • Experience in development, delivery and management of knowledge management frameworks and solutions
  • Experience in HR content (a Shared Services environment preferred)
  • Experience in applying root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques
  • Ability to perform highly complex and varied tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with people across all levels of the organisation (administrators to executive leadership team) and cross-culturally as part of a global team
  • Ability to think conceptually and drive practical solutions
  • Ability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to work autonomously within complex environment
  • A tertiary qualification in human resources or other relevant business degree
