About the role

We are currently seeking Organisational Change Specialist to join our cohort of Technology Change Practitioners. We know today that the pace of change is faster than ever before and Technology is at the heart of it all, as OCM practitioners our aim is to ensure that our workforce and our wider ecosystem is embracing the changes which ultimately unlocks safety and productivity gains for the organisation. Reporting to the Manager Org Change Management, APAC your accountabilities will include:
  • Lead the execution of a best practice change management framework necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain the change necessary for the success of the program.
  • Ensure change activities are integrated across the program and our operations
  • Support and guide all relevant stakeholders through the change journey.
  • Form strong stakeholder networks and relationships to fully understand the change needs and impacts.
  • Prepare and support stakeholders in the implementation and adoption of the business solutions (process and technology changes).
  • Identify people and organisational risks as they relate to the change management journey.
  • Support the execution of the organisational assessments to determine the readiness of the business, and conduct ongoing reviews to facilitate the change journey.
  • Understand the significance of the changes at Program, Asset and Functional areas to provide information and recommendations regarding expected impacts.
  • Generate and maintain advocacy at various levels of the organisation and stakeholder buy-in for the implementation of projects.
  • Be a coach to the project team and our senior stakeholders driving the need and value of change practices
  • Support the impacted regions businesses where appropriate, to ensure that they can conduct the necessary local activities to minimise organisational risks.
  • Measure effectiveness of change management plans and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Coordinate and help facilitate the local Change Champions network to maintain momentum and successful embedment of change.

About You

You will need to be a team player and have a passion for technology. You will be dynamic in your approach, with strong experience in sustainable change management for large scale change programs, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to build trust with key project members and senior stakeholders to ensure effective adoption, embedment and sustainment of change. This key role includes lots of people, you will need to be comfortable socialising ideas and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders: Criteria to include;
  • Significant Change Management experience in a heavy industry or technology environment.
  • Extensive experience in being part of a team that manages and leads change at scale
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders by providing sufficient communications to encourage buy-in at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in development of change impact assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Identification and implementation of resistance management strategies
  • Experience in coordinating the set-up of change champion networks
  • Sound Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
 Beneficial, although not essential to possess the following; 
  • An Organizational Change Certification
  • Project Management experience
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) bachelors degree
