About the role

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Specialist – Portfolio Risk Insights.  Reporting to the Team Lead, Portfolio Risk Insights, you will provide support on credit and product risk reporting as well as portfolio level risk insights and trend analysis to the commercial and risk teams.

  • Commercial Teams
  • Credit Risk, Market Risk, Risk Solutions
  • Treasury Team             

Core Accountabilities
  • Daily curve upload, risk runs, margin reconciliation, price reporting reconciliations, weekly P&L reporting & analysis
  • Credit assessment for commercial counterparties, daily credit excess checks, credit limit/block monitoring and weekly credit reports
  • Develop reports, eg using Spotfire, based on portfolio analysis
  • Provide portfolio analytical reviews to stakeholders calling out unusual/unexpected trends

About You

Qualifications
  • Degree qualification with at least 5 years working experience in credit and/or market risk
  • Professional accreditation with a recognized risk association will be added advantage
Experience & Technical Competencies
  • Experience in SAP application in related accounting areas and contract management system
  • Demonstrated processes knowledge, analytical, financial modelling and investigative skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel (macros etc.)
Non-Technical Competencies:
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Good communication and strong stakeholder engagement
