About the role

The Mining Area C operation which, when the South Flank project is completed, will be one of the largest standalone iron ore processing centres in the world!
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large Mining operation which is embracing new technology and systems of work. Specialist Site Improvement is a new role which expands across all operational areas of Mining, Mobile Maintenance, Processing and Fixed plant Maintenance. Never before have you had such a wide development opportunity to work across all Mine streams, including working across the supply chain and with IPRO on Improvement.
Partnering with the Site Improvement Superintendent, this role will be critical in supporting the MAC integrated operational plans by focusing on Improvement activities which are high value, create systemic solutions and have high impact. 
The roster for this FIFO position is 5 days on, 2 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off, however as mentioned above, we will consider flexible working arrangements. 

About You
