About the role

Study Lead | Projects | Brisbane Based Roles   The Studies Lead’s focus is to guide studies in our capital portfolio through the study phases of the BHP Investment Process delivering shareholder value. This requires the coordination of contributions from numerous functions within the business, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and accordance with the project delivery & governance guidelines. The Studies Lead will typically manage one or more studies for projects valued between $10 million and $250 million.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally be:
  • Degree qualified in engineering, science, finance, business or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project / Study Management with strong leadership capacity overseeing a team of multifunctional personnel.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and engage and influence others at all levels across the organisation
  • Proven record of written communication to the executive level.
