Superintendent Analysis and Improvement - Moranbah

We are seeking a Superintendent Analysis and Improvement to join the Production Coal team at Goonyella Riverside on a 5 days on / 2 days off roster. Reporting to the Manager Production Coal, you will have the opportunity to showcase your business improvement and analytical skills and make this role your own. You will be a critical link between the Production Coal Manager and the Site Leadership Team, ensuring performance outcomes across the Production departments are met and processes are continually improved.

About You

  • Experience in a role where you’ve led teams through change and continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead a highly professional technical team
  • Ability to influence and drive change at levels
  • The ability to work autonomously while still maintaining stakeholder engagement and relationship management
