About the role

You will provide direct leadership to Principals and Technical Specialists overseeing a program of works to deliver while adhering and complying with maintenance standards, procedures, systems, process, work instructions and defined mastery verification process to achieve optimal performance outcomes.  
Your previous success in building and leading a team, implementing changes, and building a positive workplace culture will be paramount in setting you up for success.

About You

You will possess strong engagement, influencing and collaboration skills in order to achieve the high-level outcomes with your team and the wider organization. 
You will also:
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver large programs of work and have prior experience in project management
  • Utilise your strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work across various stakeholders;
  • Ability to influence and implement new changes across the business
  • Be a motivated, engaged and supportive people leader; 
  • Create a culture of care by being a visible safety leader, engaging, developing and coaching your team; 
  • Provide input into planning processes with a focus on continuous improvement; 
  • You will possess maintenance experience, within a leadership role; 
  • You will have a technical understanding of fixed plant and mobile equipment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and Project Management are desirable.
