About the role

Develop and execute strategies to attract, select and hire the best talent, into the right roles for each segment to ensure BHP future workforce requirements are met. 
  • Full end-to-end specialised resourcing for the segment, including strategy, screening, assessment, selection and contract negotiation

  • Support in the development of proactive talent pools for specific job families in in the segment and engage the candidates in a meaningful way 

  • Act as a trusted partner to the business using data and intelligence to inform recruitment tactics/strategies

About You

• Talent Acquisition Experience

• End to end resourcing experience

• Experience in utilising channels in global markets

• Interpretation of cognitive and psychometric assessment to inform selection decision

• Takes action to influence others through the careful preparation of data and the provision of options /choices for discussion.

• Demonstrates awareness of overall business strategy and how it fits with the team's function andperformance requirements.

• Demonstrates an ability to acquire and apply new skills and knowledge to new and more challengingsituations in their work.
• Engages with stakeholders to build influence and trust in support of business outcomes.

• Takes personal ownership to connect to the BHP strategy and business plans, and identifies how it relates to them, their broader teams.

• Sources data from multiple sources to develop intelligence on industry trends and market dynamics, as well as key competitors, suppliers and customers.

• Identifies and recruits candidates for respective segment using variety of sourcing channels

• Has knowledge in using applicant tracking systems
