About the role

BHP’s new Maintenance & Engineering Centre of Excellence (MECoE) is the coming together of a dedicated, innovative team focused on identifying, achieving and maintaining the highest standards in maintenance for BHP globally.

We are building a balanced and diverse team and are eager to hear from passionate individuals who want to leverage their transferable skills. We are seeking motivated, highly organised individuals to develop and maintain maintenance plans for our shutdowns. Reporting to the Superintendent Planning & Asset Health, this role provides clearly structured plans and deliverables for execution teams to follow.

This position is based in BHP’s Brisbane Office, working Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements available.

About You

As a Work Management Planner, you will have strong process discipline and adherence to systems and frameworks, along with thorough job analysis and planning detail. You will need to apply technical knowledge and understanding of the equipment and maintenance practices to develop fully resourced work plans. You will be excel in stakeholder engagement, communication, organisation and team work.

The following skills will also contribute to your success in the role:

• Analytical, with the ability to utilise multiple data sources to deliver outcomes
• Process driven with an enthusiasm for identifying improvements and efficiencies
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling processes; and/ or logistics coordination will be advantageous
• SAP experience
• Experienced in Mobile and Field hydraulic equipment advantageous for this role, although not essential
• Exposure to Master Data and Continuous Improvement.
