About the Role

 

Our award‑winning, industry‑leading Graduate Program is designed for graduates who want to build a long‑term career and make a meaningful impact from the very start.

 

As a Commercial Graduate based in Singapore, you will join a structured 24‑month development program to build your expertise across BHP’s global Commercial function. Through multiple rotations, you will tackle real business challenges, engage with senior leaders, and gain hands‑on experience across commodities, markets and regions.

 

The program balances practical, on‑the‑job learning with formal technical and professional development. You will also collaborate with global peers through a Global Business Case team challenge, where you will help shape solutions to real, strategic business opportunities.

To be eligible for the Commercial Graduate Program in Singapore (July 26 Intake), you must have graduated within the last two years or be eligible for graduation by Jun 2026 with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines (but not limited to):

 

  • Business, Economics, Finance or Management
  • Engineering or Mathematics
  • Computer Science or Data Analytics
  • Marine or Supply Chain Operations
  • Humanities or Sciences
