About the Role

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the SA Copper Asset Health, Safety, Security and Emergency Management team on a fixed-term contract.


Reporting to the Superintendent Performance, this role will support the Copper SA Health, Safety, Security and Emergency Management team functions by effectively supporting personnel, finance, calendars scheduling and communications.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Maintain calendar and meeting bookings
  • Arrange team travel, accommodation and functions
  • Administer the booking process for our site health centres
  • Raise, escalate and manage maintenance requests 
  • Manage stationary and non-medical consumable orders
  • Assist with purchase order requisitions of large contract items/service delivery
  • Collect and enter health data information to support internal data integrity

 

Please note this position can be based in Adelaide or at Olympic Dam. Some site travel will be required.

About You

 

You will be a self-motivated professional who demonstrates a strong drive for delivering a great experience for customers.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Prior experience in an administration position
  • Medical centre engagement
  • Data Privacy ethics
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • A current C class motor licence or equivalent Australian state motor vehicle licence
