About the Role
Reporting to the Manager for Engineering, you will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture, where you will make a difference each day through providing outstanding administrative support to all employees and contractors for Copper South Australia.
Location: Adelaide Office (City, or Adelaide Airport - Export Park)
Roster: 5 days on; 2 days off

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Work closely with and provide support to your department Managers, Superintendents and Supervisors in all administration tasks and projects
- Support the Leadership team with a range of administrative tasks
- Diary management to enable the efficient organisation and execution of daily activities for the Managers
- Assisting in preparing agendas, presentations and coordinating meeting logistics
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and time optimization solutions to forward plan work and ensure effectiveness of leadership team
- Process site access requests, travel and accommodation bookings, expense management and reconciliation
- Purchasing and procurement including using SAP to raise purchase requisitions and reservations.
About You
- Experience responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a courteous manner
- Ideally possess previous experience in a similar administration role
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills using the Microsoft 365 suite
- A working knowledge of 1SAP (or a similar enterprise application)
- Ability to work effectively within the Copper SA operations and functional teams
- Ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines and work collaboratively across teams
- Flexibility in the way you approach your work and prioritise tasks
- Previous experience on a mine site will be highly regarded
