About the Role

 

Enable timely, accurate, and controlled delivery of Group Investment Review Committee (GIRC) and IMGS governance through execution of secretariat, document control, scheduling, and corporate records management activities.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Execute GIRC coordination, secretariat, and minute-taking activities
  • Support preparation and publication of CEO and Board pre-read materials
  • Maintain corporate library and investment records in line with governance requirements
  • Manage document control, versioning, and record integrity across GIRC cycle
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communication
  • Execute post-meeting follow-up actions and time-critical deliverables

 

About You

 

  • Experience in administrative or governance support roles
  • Strong document management, version control, and record-keeping capability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
  • Ability to work to structured timelines and governance routines
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Preferably with experience supporting executive or Board-level governance processes
  • With familiarity in investment governance or structured approval processes
