About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced environment in our Brisbane office. In this role you will support the General Manager of Maintenance East in our Operations Services arm of the business.
Duties to include:
- Work with the respective leaders to set meeting agendas, document actions and draft organisational announcements;
- Compile/consolidate and distribute weekly high-level reports and pre-read for weekly/monthly routines;
- General administrative tasks such as prepare monthly expense claims, assist with travel, logistics and document management;
- Coordinate the delivery of team events and leadership activities;
- Manage and oversee events and workshops;
- Calendar management and efficient support on out of routine requests.

About You
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Ability to build strong and genuine relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels;
- Exceptionally organised and proactive in your approach to work, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of complex tasks;
- Strong attention to detail, ability to understand complexity, and a track record of providing quality information to senior management;
- Previous administrator experience with excellent data entry and analysis skills;
- Ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes;
- Self-motivated to work autonomously within a wider team;
- Project and mining industry experience highly valued.
- Microsoft office suite experience and expertise.
