About the Role
We seek highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Administrator Procurement Processing in Invoice Processing Escalation (IPE). Process and pay vendor invoices on time, accurately and strive for excellence through continuous improvement.
- Processing vendor invoices according to Payment Services procedures
- Processing Service Request and Non Order Invoice to Payment Services procedures
- Providing timely and accurate resolution to Payment Services Customer Support (PSCS) team
- Providing support to team members to enhance skills within the team
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and internal customers
- Pro-actively identifying and assisting to implement process improvement opportunities
- Promoting a team environment by assisting colleagues whenever necessary
- Planning and prioritizing own work, identifying priorities and timeframes
- Assisting with system testing and internal controls as required
- Assisting in creating and maintaining process documentation for Payment Services
- Participating in backup programme designed for the team
- Participating in Internal Control Evaluation and report non-conformance to Lead
- Complying with BHP's safety policy and procedures
About You
- Minimum Degree in any field and /or relevant experience.
- Preferably with invoice processing experience
- Knowledge in Payment Services and related processes desired
- Working knowledge of process improvement processes and methodology an advantage
- SAP (MIRO) as applicable to purchasing / supply highly desired
- Microsoft suite (*Excel, *PowerPoint)
