About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Business Support Officer, you will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture, where you will make a difference each day through providing outstanding administrative support to all employees and contractors for Copper South Australia.
The Site Access & Onboarding Administrator’s role is to assist new starters to complete site inductions, ensure all mandatory competencies are completed and authorise access to the Prominent Hill and Carrapateena mine sites. This is a critical role to ensure both existing stakeholders within the two assets are abreast of workforce updates, and new starters experience a seamless and supportive onboarding.
Location: Adelaide Office (City, or Adelaide Airport - Export Park)
Roster: 5 days on; 2 days off

Employment Type: Fixed term contract 6 months (with possibility to extend)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage data that tracks compliance across the Prominent Hill & Carrapateena workforce with reporting against standards for the Sites.
- Create, activate, and where required deactivate profiles within training, onboarding and other LMS systems.
- Extract data from INX and other data sources to determine compliance status for site-based personnel; and collaborate with Training Advisors to maintain compliance
- Maintain training records and data that tracks compliance across the workforce and prepare requested reports against industry standards / regulations and site-specific operational requirements.
- Contribute to the ongoing review of the record keeping of training processes and procedures.
- Maintain legislative and regulatory standards for Training documents and training procedures.
About You
- Experience in a training administrator role within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and understanding of INX suite of programs, notably Intuition and LMS (Desirable)
- Highly developed level of computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to identify risks as well as dependencies between projects and activities.
- Strong engagement skills with a demonstrated capability to ensure governance, frameworks and processes are understood and implemented.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise responsibilities, multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering strong safety culture based on open and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
