About the Role
We currently have several vacancies for Advanced Riggers/Lifting Technicians to join our close-knit, supportive and results-driven team. You’ll be making valued contributions towards the safe execution of Lifting tasks, as well as meeting the wider objectives of our operations and BHP.
Roster:
You will employed on a Dynamic 182 roster flying from Perth. A Dynamic 182 roster is similar to a shutdown roster made up of 182 shifts a year, shifts will be dependant on demand but because you will be a permanent employee you still receive a consistent fortnightly pay regardless of the amount of shifts you work. The roster is forecasted 3 months in advance, so you are able to plan your life a head of time.
Key accountabilities:
- Inspecting the work site and ensuring all Lifting tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner
- Providing input with planning and scoping of work requests
- Participating in regular meetings to ensure a coordinated effort of resources to meet work schedules
- Ensuring safe execution of maintenance work as per the signed off schedule
- Execution of unplanned work and the assisting with re-scheduling of the existing work orders as required
- Using good housekeeping principals to ensure Lifting sites are safe and functional
About You
To be a top performer you will need:
- Inspecting the work site and ensuring all Lifting tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner

- Ensuring safe execution of maintenance work as per the signed off schedule

- Current High Risk Work License with: Rigger (RI or RA)
