About the Role

 
This role will support the end to end process of Budget and Forecasting (B&F) user access provisioning, ensuring compliance to the data privacy requirements, with improvement mindset and standardization of the B&F user access process. This role also contributes in the completion of Financial Planning in an accurate and timely manner and guide the Planning stakeholders on B&F user access related queries.
 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
 

  • Ensure conformance with the BHP Charter, the BHP Our Requirements, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations;
  • Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development;
  • Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and technology.
  • Maintain the governance and integrity (data accuracy/completeness) of the B&F system.
  • Handle resolution of B&F user access queries from stakeholders, issue escalation and ad-hoc requests 
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and provide assistance with queries and requests as designated by the lead.
  • Analyze and validate the user access requests against guidelines, accurate and complete access provisioning in the system and timely escalation to lead for any gaps noted.
  • Compliance to the data privacy requirements.
  • Perform reconciliation to ensure complete and accurate provisioning in the system of user access requests.

About You

 

Competent in Microsoft excel
Experience in SAP application
Ability to analyze and support in the effective issue resolutions
Exposure to data privacy compliance
Proven experience working within tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and deliver as needed.
