About the Role
Reporting to the Risk Lead, the Risk Analyst will ensure the timely, accurate, and effective performance of a range of Risk Management, Internal Audit system data administration activities, and User Access Management for Planning.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Actively engages stakeholders and collaborates with team members to ensure thorough support.
- Risk Management and Internal Audit
- Manage aspects of Risk Management and Internal Audit in GRC and AMS.
- User Access Management
- Assist with User Access Management for Planning.
- Provide holistic support throughout the process.
- Task Management
- Resolve stakeholder queries promptly.
- Maintain quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate to ensure thorough support and successful outcomes.
About You
Experience & Technical Competencies
- Experience in GRC SAP module and Assurance Management System is not required but is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Power Platforms
- Prior experience with Case Management Service and ServiceNow is highly desirable
Non-Technical Competencies:
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others
- Flexibility in new conditions and changes in the work environment
- Proven ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
- Manage workload and ensure timely completion of tasks
